Wizards-Bulls Game 5 Viewing Party at Verizon Center

The Washington Wizards invited fans to Chinatown to watch game five on the Verizon Center's big HD video screens. The Wizards beat the Chicago Bulls at United Center to take the series four games to one and move on to the second round of the NBA playoffs for the first time since 2005.

It is so positive that Washington is embracing the name Wizards and starting to reject the racial slur name of the Washington football team. Daniel Snyder can learn a lot from the late Abe Pollin's voluntary decision to change the name from the Bullets to the Wizards because of its association with gun violence in the nation's capital. We need more Wizards and less R*dskins in Washington, D.C.

Here is video of Wizards fans celebrating the big series win at The Phone Booth.
